"We had our annual homeowners meeting Thursday night, and I wanted to relay to you the overwhelming feeling of the owners that your company is doing a fantastic job. Your employees are very courteous, friendly, and do quality work.
I happened to speak with the gal on Serene who contracted you to do some tree trimming for her. She said she was "very impressed" with how well a job the guy's did, and particularly, that they cleaned up afterwards far better than other companies she's used in the past.
I'd like to also personally thank both Hernan and Pedro for their added attention to detail, and helpful "Can Do" attitudes. It's evident that you have a great team of people and that also says a lot for your abilities as a manager/owner."
